1 Hour Delivery – Exclusive One-hour delivery available 24*7 on specific products.

Same Day Delivery-

Order before 11 PM for delivery to Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi

Order before 3 PM for delivery to Ajman

Order before 10 AM for delivery to Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah & Umm Al Quwain

Midnight Delivery- Order before 9 PM for mid-night delivery at 11:00 PM- 12:00 AM. This is service is only available for Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah.

Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.

we do not guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. Will endeavor to accommodate your preferences.

We will attempt to deliver a product on the requested delivery day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments, which shall not relieve you from your obligation to accept and pay for remaining deliveries. Our service providers do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address.

We will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple shipments: Your order may be processed in multiple shipments. In case of Multiple Shipments, multiple postings may appear in the Cardholder’s monthly statement.
