Sculptural elements and figurines may contain wire supports, toothpicks, or wooden skewers — please check before serving to small children.
The cake should be consumed within 24 hours.

If you prefer to pick up your cake, please check it carefully before taking it. We are not responsible for cakes that leave our store in proper condition and are later damaged.

🔄 Changes & Cancellations

  • Cancellation: No refund on cakes canceled less than 3 days before delivery or pickup.

  • Change of Delivery Date: Changes made less than 72 hours before confirmed time will incur a 50% charge. (Working hours: 9 AM–6 PM; requests after 6 PM are processed next day.)

  • Please inspect your cake upon delivery before signing. We are not responsible for damages after acceptance.

  • Always store your cake in the fridge if not serving immediately. Never keep a cake in a hot space.

Care instructions

To ensure your bouquet remains fresh and beautiful for as long as possible, please follow these guidelines:

1. Unwrap with Care
Remove any packaging gently and place the flowers in a clean vase.

2. Trim the Stems
Cut 1–2 cm off each stem at a diagonal angle before placing them in water. This helps flowers absorb water more effectively.

3. Use Fresh, Cool Water
Fill your vase with fresh, cool water and refresh it every 1–2 days. Always ensure the vase is clean.

4. Keep in a Cool Spot
Display your bouquet away from direct sunlight, heat, or cooling vents to extend freshness.

5. Remove Wilted Blooms
Take out any fading flowers to keep the arrangement looking vibrant and to prevent bacteria from spreading.

For custom floral arrangements or premium add-ons (such as luxury wrapping, personalized notes, or special vase selections), please allow up to 2 hours for preparation before dispatch.

We also offer express 1-hour delivery within Dubai for urgent orders. For deliveries outside Dubai or across the UAE, standard shipping rates will apply.
